Louisville winters are unpredictable in a specific way: long quiet stretches, then three inches overnight and a glaze of ice on top of it. The people who handle that well are the ones who arranged it in the fall. By the time the forecast is on the news, every truck in the county is already spoken for.
So we run snow and ice removal as a seasonal route, the same way we run weekly mowing. You are on the list before the season starts, we already know your driveway — where the slope is, where the gravel edge is, which walk your mail carrier uses — and you get cleared in the same rotation every event instead of calling around at dawn.

When should I book snow removal?
Before the season — early fall is right. Routes fill on a first-booked basis, and once a storm is in the forecast the honest answer to a new caller is usually that we cannot get there in time.
Do you do per-storm, or a seasonal agreement?
Both, and we will tell you which fits. Seasonal clients get route priority and a predictable cost across the winter; per-storm makes sense for lighter needs. Either way the price is agreed before the first snow, not quoted while it's falling.
At what point do you come out?
We set the trigger depth with you when you book — a common one for residential drives is around two inches, with commercial lots often set lower. Ice events get salted whether or not there is accumulation.
Will plowing damage my pavers or lawn edge?
It can, when whoever is pushing snow has never seen the property before. Ours have — we built a lot of these driveways and patios. We mark edges where it matters and use the right blade and shoe height for the surface.
Do you handle commercial properties?
Yes. Lots, entrances, sidewalks, and the salting that keeps them safe. Commercial clients usually want a lower trigger depth and clearing before open — that gets written into the agreement.
